9.9.05 - Sound proofing materials

Does anyone know of any good soundproofing materials, preferably non-toxic,
or soundproofing advisors (apart from The Noise Doctor) for daughter with
severe sound sensitivity whose room is very near the kitchen. Also any tips
on coping with sound sensitivity. Most grateful for any replies.

28.3.05 - Can you help?

Severe ME sufferer with dental and neck problems, would like to hear from others who have similar difficulties.

I am having treatment, but am often too weak and have had many antibiotics this year.

30.3.05 - Contact wanted in the Nottinghamshire area

I am wishing to make contact with other female ME sufferers in the Nottinghamshire area. I have had ME since 1996 after a virus, but have become a lot worse since December 2004 and although, I can get out at times, I am still mostly housebound. I thought that I had a mild form of ME, but being in contact with another sufferer, I find that my ME is pretty bad.

I feel isolated at times with no-one to talk with and expressing how I am feeling and coping (or not!), or just to have an uplifting chat. I cannot talk fot to long and can only use the computer for short periods.

4.7.05 - Information required

severe sufferer virtually bedbound, two things:
a) looking to hear from anyone who has been treated by their GP for recurrent/chronic systemic sinusitis. Interested in antiobiotics, antifungals or anti-allergy things, also any alternative therapies other than salt/steam & which aren't that effective & I can't always keep up due to my severity/mobility probs. I think courses of ABX I had were too short.
Too sick for referral unless life threatening.
b) anyone have chronic intermittant left-sided pain that appears to be in the spleen
